Renhold Chapel gets LED lights!

The fluorescent lights at the chapel were beginning to show their age, so we made the decision to look into replacing the lights with LED fittings to help reduce our power consumption.

We reached out to a good friend of ours, Richard at GDA Electrical Wholesalers (www.gdawholesaler.co.uk) who in turn dealt with one of their suppliers, Johnny at Knightsbridge (www.mlaccessories.co.uk) to see what the cost would be.

After checking our charitable status, Knightsbridge kindly offered us the fittings we required at no cost!

The lights were fitted by Richard and Chris on Saturday 20 July with a little help from Graham and Carolyn in a catering/cleaning capacity.

Our grateful thanks go to Richard for arranging the deal and fitting the lights, Johnny for his efforts on our behalf, to Chris for helping with the fitting work, and to Graham and Carolyn for their support role!

Please consider supporting these companies should the need arise!

Sunday Evening Services

We hope this message finds you well. We wanted to take a moment to inform you of a change to our church schedule. Following the meetings on May 14 and May 28, our evening services will be suspended until further notice.

After careful consideration, we have decided to suspend our evening services temporarily in order to focus on other areas of our ministry. This will allow us to devote more resources to outreach, fellowship, and other initiatives that we believe will benefit our congregation and the wider community.

We understand that this may come as a disappointment to many of our congregants who regularly attend our evening services. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and want to assure you that this decision was not made lightly.

We want to emphasise that this decision does not reflect a lack of commitment to our evening services or to the spiritual growth of our congregation. We know how important these services are to many of you, and we are committed to finding ways to continue to serve you and support you in your faith.

If and when we decide to restart our evening services, we will announce it on this blog and our other channels of communication. We appreciate your understanding and support and look forward to seeing you at our upcoming meetings.

May God bless you and keep you safe.
